More About Me

Business PhilosophyTwo beliefs drive my philosophy; performing preliminary "due diligence" and always maintaining an overview. A critical part of the sale of any property is perfoming preliminary "due diligence". I enjoy putting together competitive marketing analysis numbers, researching complex issues, and discussing the market with the appraisers who frequent my office.Maintaining an impartial overview when working with buyers helps me balance their needs, wants and desires. Listening carefully, preparing comprehensive research and making my time available, allows my clients to balance their practical requirements with the emotional appeal of a property to find the right fit.
